If you have either the Humana PPO 333 or 261 plan, this event is for you! There will be a brief presentation on the 2025 changes to these plans along with other options, followed by a question and answer session, and an opportunity to apply for a new plan should you choose to do so.
We are predicting an unprecedented number of reviews for this AEP. Attending this seminar may be your only opportunity to meet face-to-face with an agent to get important information and ask questions. You are highly encouraged to attend.
