Final Plan Decisions! Come with your questions and be ready to enroll in the Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) or Medicare Advantage Plan (MAPD or MA) of your choice.
This session is open to any clients with questions, problems with applications, or who are just ready to enroll!
AGENTS WILL TAKE A LUNCH BREAK BETWEEN NOON AND 1:00PM.
To prepare for enrollment:
- Please click here to complete a Scope of Appointment. This is a permission slip required by Medicare.
- Please click here to complete your Medication List. This will enable the agents to provide more accurate quotes.
- If you’re interested in Medicare Advantage plans (or have one already): Please click here to complete your Provider List. We will then check to make sure your providers are in any plans we’re suggesting.
Please register using the red button on the right. Seating is limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
