These Medicare Advantage enrollment sessions are geared towards individuals with a few generic medications or no medications.

Please arrive at the top of the hour to grab some coffee, tea or other goodies. There will be a brief compliant presentation, followed by an opportunity to enroll in the Medicare Advantage Plan of your choice.

To prepare for enrollment:

• Please click here to complete a Scope of Appointment.  This is a permission slip required by Medicare.
• Please click here to complete your Medication List. This will enable the agents to provide more accurate quotes.
• Please click here to complete your Provider List.  We will then check to make sure your providers are in any plans we’re suggesting.
